Terms & Conditions

1. FLAT RATES
O'Donnell Limousine has a flat rate schedule for most airports and many cities. Where no flat rate exists, the charge will be determined using the appropriate hourly or mileage rate for the vehicle hired with a minimum 2 hour charge.

2. GRATUITY
All trips are subject to a gratuity for the driver: 15% for the Town Car, 20% for the Stretch. The gratuity is calculated on the base fare plus any extra charges (see #5), if any.

3. ENERGY SURCHARGE
All trips are subject to an energy surcharge. Currently that charge is $15.00.

4. WAIT AND RETURNS
Wait and Returns are charged hourly. Within Connecticut there is a 3 hour minimum charge. Trips leaving Connecticut have a 5 hour minimum charge. Weddings carry a 3 hour minimum, while the minimum charge for Proms is 5 hours.

5. EXTRA CHARGES
When applicable, charges for the following will be added to the base rate:
   • Stops
   • Waiting Time
   • Holiday
   • Below 34 St. in Manhattan

6. STOPS
Stops will be charged the appropriate charge for the vehicle hired. If a stop goes over 15 minutes there will also be a waiting time charge.

7. WAITING TIME
There is no extra charge if departure is within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time on all flat rate trips except airport pickups. The free time is 1 hour from the final arrival time received from the commercial airline upon leaving the base. Any waiting time incurred after the free time will be charged using the appropriate hourly rate for the vehicle hired, charged in 1/2 hour increments.

8. HOLIDAYS
A holiday charge of $25.00 will be added to the base fare for all trips on:
   • New Year's Day
   • Easter
   • Thanksgiving
   • Christmas Eve after 6pm
   • Christmas
   • New Year's Eve after 6pm

9. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The following will be added to the bill if incurred:
   • Round trip tolls
   • Parking
   • Cell phone calls
   • Out of pocket expenses

10. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW CHARGES
Reservations for a Fairfield County or New Haven County pickup must be cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 hour, determined by the vehicle hired and waiting time, if any.

Other CT, Westchester County, or NYC pickups must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time or the charge will be that of the scheduled trip plus any additional charges (see #9) incurred and waiting time, if any.

Out of area pickups must be cancelled before vehicle leaves the base in Monroe, CT or an hourly charge, based on the vehicle hired, will be charged for the time involved and the time to return to base. If not cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the charge will be that of the scheduled trip plus any additional charges (see #9) incurred and waiting time, if any.

Drivers will be released after 1 hour waiting on all pickups if no contact has been made with passenger. O'Donnell Limousine will make every effort to make contact, but ultimately it is the passenger's responsibility to contact us if there is any schedule change or problem finding the driver. No Show charges follow the cancellation schedule.

Driver's gratuity is included in cancellation and no show charges.

11. LODGING
Some trips may necessitate a charge for the driver's lodging and meals.
